For qualified production projects, basic design support is provided at no additional charge, and any design fees incurred are fully refundable upon bulk order placement.

3. Design and Sample Confirmation: Our team develops your design (or refines your provided artwork), produces physical samples within 3–7 business days, and incorporates your feedback through revision rounds until you sign off.

4. Production and Delivery: Once samples are approved and your deposit is received, production begins. Standard lead time is 14 working days. We manage quality control, export packing, and logistics through to delivery.
