Sample Lead Time: 3–7 Business Days

Our standard sample turnaround is 3–7 business days after artwork confirmation, depending on the complexity of the design and finishing requirements. Here's how it breaks down:

• Blank samples (no printing): Usually completed within 3 business days, as there is no printing or color matching required. These samples allow you to evaluate material quality, structural design, dimensional accuracy, and overall craftsmanship before committing to printed production.

• Standard printed samples with basic finishing: Typically completed within 5 business days, including CMYK or Pantone color printing, matte/gloss lamination, and basic surface treatments.

• Samples requiring special surface processes: For boxes with premium finishing techniques such as hot foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, debossing, or textured coatings, the sample lead time may extend to 7 business days, as these processes involve additional mold preparation, manual craftsmanship, and multi-step quality verification.

Bulk Production Lead Time: 14 Working Days

Once samples are approved and the order is confirmed, our standard bulk production time is 14 working days. This timeline encompasses the full production cycle — raw material procurement, printing, laminating, die-cutting, folding, gluing, quality inspection, and final packing into export-ready cartons. Our 5,000-square-meter facility housing five production lines and over 20 advanced machines (including German Heidelberg offset presses) allows us to maintain this consistent turnaround even during periods of high order volume.

For larger quantities, the production time may scale accordingly. As a general reference, orders of 500–1,000 pieces are typically completed within 7–15 working days. We will confirm the exact lead time for your specific order at the quotation stage, taking into account your quantity, design complexity, finishing requirements, and current production schedule.

All lead times are calculated from the date of final artwork and sample approval, not from the inquiry date. Delays in providing artwork files, confirming design drafts, or approving physical samples will extend the timeline accordingly. To ensure your project stays on schedule, we recommend finalizing design files early and maintaining responsive communication with your project manager throughout the process.
