Packshion's manufacturing facility is strategically located in Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China — one of the world's most dynamic manufacturing hubs for the packaging and printing industry. This prime location offers significant logistical advantages: we are just 20 kilometers from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, and Yantian Port, one of China's busiest container ports, is accessible within one hour's drive. Such proximity to major international transport gateways ensures efficient customs processing and timely product delivery to markets worldwide, including Europe, the USA, Japan, and beyond.

Spanning approximately 5,000 square meters, our factory is purpose-built for efficient, large-scale production of custom paper packaging. The facility houses five dedicated production lines, each configured to handle distinct stages of the packaging manufacturing process — from printing and laminating to die-cutting, folding, and gluing. This segmented yet integrated layout enables us to run multiple client projects concurrently while maintaining rigorous quality control at every stage.

Our production capability is powered by a fleet of over 20 advanced international machines, anchored by German Heidelberg offset presses capable of handling 7,000 to 12,000 sheets per hour. Beyond the presses, our machinery inventory includes automatic carton machines, high-efficiency laminating machines, corrugating equipment, and automatic die-cutting and pasting machines — ensuring we can deliver precise color reproduction and perfect finishing across every packaging order. With 70 skilled employees operating across these production lines, all trained in standardized procedures and backed by a technical support team with over 35 years of industry experience, we maintain consistent quality while scaling output to meet demand.

With this integrated setup — 5,000 square meters of production space, five specialized lines, 20+ advanced machines, and a seasoned 70-person team — our standard monthly production capacity comfortably reaches substantial volumes, ensuring we can handle both regular bulk orders and seasonal demand spikes without compromising quality or lead times.

In terms of lead time, our general production cycle is 14 working days from order confirmation to dispatch.
