General MOQ: 500 Pieces

Our standard MOQ for custom packaging is 500 pieces per design for most box types, including custom mailer boxes, product cartons, and rigid gift boxes with standard finishes. This threshold is set to balance production efficiency with client affordability — it allows us to cover the necessary setup and tooling costs (die-cutting molds, plate-making, color calibration, and machinery configuration) while keeping your upfront inventory commitment manageable.

For clients requiring corrugated cartons or larger-format packaging, the MOQ may be slightly adjusted based on material specifications and structural complexity. Conversely, for extremely simple designs or repeat orders using existing tooling, we can often accommodate quantities below 500 units — please discuss your specific requirements with our project team.

Sample Policy: Transparent and Fair

We believe you should see and touch your packaging before committing to a full production run. Our sample process is designed for clarity:

  • Sample lead time: Typically 3–7 business days after artwork confirmation, depending on the complexity of design, printing, and finishing requirements.

  • Blank samples (no printing): Free of charge. These allow you to evaluate material quality, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy.

  • Printed/colored samples with standard finishing: Free of charge in most cases for qualified projects. We assess this on a case-by-case basis based on the scope of the project.

  • Samples requiring special surface treatments (e.g., hot foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, debossing, or other premium finishing techniques): Quoted according to specific requirements, as these processes involve additional tooling, material, and labor costs beyond standard sampling.

Sample Fee Refund Policy

All sample fees charged for special-process samples are fully refundable upon bulk order placement. This means that while we charge for the upfront cost of custom tooling and premium finishing during the sampling stage, we deduct this amount from your final production invoice once your bulk order is confirmed. This policy protects both parties: it ensures that samples are requested with genuine purchase intent, and it rewards committed partnerships by making the sampling investment essentially cost-neutral for clients who proceed to production.
